Mr. Sk. Habibur Rahaman is an Assistant Professor of HRM at the Department of Business Administration of Manarat International University. He completed his BBA and MBA degrees with a concentration on HRM from the University of Dhaka. He has more than ten years of academic and administrative experiences acting as a coordinator of the MBA program and moderator and assistant moderator of the sports, business and social welfare club. His research interest is in ‘Industrial Economics and HRM’ and works as an Assistant Editor of MIU Studies. He published several articles as well as participated in national and internationally renowned journals and conferences. Now he is currently studying for his Ph.D. in Industrial Economics at the University of International Business and Economics, Beijing, China under the Chinese Government Scholarship.
