Muhsina Aktar is currently pursuing her Ph.D. with the dissertation-title “Evaluation of Non-Performing Loan: A Study on Commercial Banks in Bangladesh” in the Department of Accounting and Information Systems, Islamic University, Kushtia. She completed her BBA and MBA in AIS achieving the Chancellor's Gold Medal as a "faculty first" in BBA. Having 11 years of University Teaching Experience, she is currently working as a Batch Advisor in the Department of Business Administration, a moderator of Morality and Ethics Club and as an Assistant Moderator of the MIU Cultural Club. She has organized several programs such as: “Presentation Competition”, “Book Reading Competition” and various discussion programs for the students of MIU. She is also working as an Intern Supervisor for BBA and MBA students for the last 10 years. She has three published and two accepted research articles and she also performs her duties as a Coordinator of the BBA Program.
