Mr. Mohammad Mamun Ur Rashid is an Assistant Professor of Management at the Manarat International University. He led as Coordinator of the BBA Program at the Department of Business Administration at MIU Gulshan Campus. Mr. Mamun completed his BBA and MBA degrees from the Islamic University, Kushtia, Bangladesh. He received the ‘Prime Minister’s Gold Medal’ and ‘Chancellor’s Gold Medal’ awards for excellent performance in the Honors and Masters program. His recent research activities include Problems and Prospects of Foreign Exchange Operations of Islami Bank Bangladesh Limited, Personality Traits and Motives of Expensive Car Users in Bangladesh, Success Level of Women Entrepreneurs, Recruitment and Selection Policy and Practices of Islamic commercial banks in Bangladesh, Corporate Social Responsibility Practices of Islamic Commercial Banks in Bangladesh, Recruitment and Selection Process of Cellphone Industry in Bangladesh, and Employees Health and Safety Environment of Ready-made Garments Industry of Bangladesh.
